Scheduling IKH Appointments

New Clients

To schedule an appointment, simply call 253-875-6520.  If I'm with a client, the answering service will take the call. Leave your name and phone number (including area code).  I'll return your call as soon as possible.

Recurring Clients

Only recurring clients are given access to my on-line calendar.  It shows both available and filled appointment days/times (Pacific Time Zone) as well as some event information.  Recurring clients receive permission (userid/password) to choose and enter the appointment dates & times that work best for them.  Once the appointments are entered, clients send a brief email to me letting me know the dates/times they've selected.

Appointment Scheduling Options

Appointments may be scheduled Appointment-by-appointment (next appointment scheduled each time we meet); or, multiple appointments may be scheduled Month-to-Month or Quarterly in order to secure the best day/time that works for the client.
