It’s a given that each of us wants the experience of being healthy. I imagine each of us would probably have different ways to express what “being healthy” means for our self. It most likely depends on where we consider we are in the spectrum of the definition of health. One thing I feel we will all agree on is that our health greatly affects our quality of life.
How does your health affect your quality of life?
What does it mean for YOU to experience being healthy? Walking up a flight of stairs without breathing heavy? Being able to pick something off the floor that you dropped? Being able to get out of a car without stiffness after driving for 20-30 minutes?
What are you willing to do to experience being healthy using your own standards of how you want to participate in life?
